How the guide earns

How Plan B earns its money

Three paid links on the home page of this guide pay for it, each one marked Ad. No casino, operator or help service pays the site, and a plan B is never for sale.

What the partner is not

The partner is a private online casino. It is not PlayNow, and the province neither runs nor licenses it. It has no connection with BCLC, the IGCO or any of the nine casinos in this guide.

A BC resident who plays there has none of the provincial protections. PlayNow limits and Game Break do not apply on that site, and complaints cannot go to the IGCO. In British Columbia, PlayNow.com, run by BCLC, is the only legal online gambling site.

What is never paid

Casinos, operators, BCLC, PlayNow and help services never pay this site. Links to casinos and to help services are never paid either.

A plan B rests on published facts and kilometres in a straight line. It is the nearest other casino that has the need by its published facts, with the next nearest shown as a second option. A casino whose facts do not mention the need is never offered for it.

Questions

Can a casino pay to become someone's plan B?

A casino cannot buy that place. Casinos and operators never pay this site. A plan B is the nearest other casino, in a straight line, that has the need by its published facts.

Why is the online partner not named?

The partner can change, and the guide does not name it on any page. The three links marked Ad on the home page all lead to the same partner, and the site earns a commission through them.
